All packages are shipped through USPS 7-10 business days. We do not ship on holidays/ weekends. Once your package has shipped we I longer have control over your package. It is best to contact USPS for any questions 💜

Please arrive with Clean , natural hair tangle free, blow dried out ,and oil free
Please arrive on time, no extra people.
No foreign braid downs. Braid downs must be from LaceMeMia
Please pay remaining payment in CASH ONLY! No exceptions!
New units are needed 3 business days prior to appointment date|, or appt will be canceled!! pls contact me (334) 478-1774|.
Your install includes a style: straight| Signature soft curls. Add on style $15 (pay at appointment CASH ONLY includes: ponytails, small braids, half up| half down, crimps, bobs, etc. Please add “style” to your appointment for time purposes.
Please expect to be at the shop no more than 3 hours for your service. Please book according, I will not rush.
PAYMENT:
Please pay remaining payment in CASH ONLY! No exceptions!
Please make time to go to the ATM all remainder payments are paid in cash only! As I do not offer any other forms of payment at this time.
“Making a stop at the atm does not excuse you for being late. The late fee still applies. Please make time to go to the ATM BEFORE your appointment.
Please remember to wear your MASK!!- - per COVID regulations. If you are sick or think you may be sick, please cancel your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment coughing, sneezing, running nose etc. I would have to kindly turn you around 💜
Deposits
Books are open from a month to month basis. You cannot book for months in advance
$20.00 non refundable deposit required to book and goes towards desired service.
HAIR DROP OFFS:
YOUR APPOINTMENT ISNT CONFIRMED UNTIL I RECEIVE YOUR HAIR/WIG:
ALL new units are needed 3 Business days in advance before 5:00pm OR APPOINTMENT IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED!!!!
Please drop units off on Tuesday-Saturday. Text (334) 478-1774 BEFORE ARRIVING , With the time you will be arriving. I’m appointment only so please check to make sure I’m at the shop before coming to drop off.

COLOR SERVICES
If you’re are adding color to your service units MUST be dropped off 7 business days in advance NO EXCEPTIONS!
The prices for color are standard prices. If your coloring process is more tedious , it will be extra text (334)-478-1774 for color consultation.
Re-Installs
Please clean all wigs if already used. I only work with units I’ve previously installed. Please wash all previous glue residue and or products out of your wig before arrival. No wet hair! No balding Lace!
If your hair/ wig happens to need a wash and you’re unsure of how to clean your lace please add “shampoo hair” to your service.
BALDING OR UNCLEAN lace will NOT be installed. I will have to cancel your appointment if you choose to not pay the wash fee . Please text me if you are unsure of your wig.
Late Policy
Late Policy is ENFORCED! Will be sent directly after booking along with appointment address.
PLEASE KEEP UP WITH APPOINTMENT LOCATION!
LATE POLICY
* 5min grace period
* 6min late = $15 late Fee
* 7min late= your appointment will be cancelled and you would have to re book your appointment
NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS:
No call no shows results in your card being charged for 85% of the service and you will no longer be able to book, Thank you for Understanding. Please communicate, I do understand things happen.
“Fix it “
After 24 hours of your appointment, any “fix it” to your hair is an additional fee. Please text (334)-478-1778.
LACE TYPES I PREFER TO WORK WITH:
HD or Transparent Lace (All LaceMeMia Wigs & Frontals are Hd/Transparent )
Medium Brown lace is fine & yes I will work with it , but doesn’t blend well w/ everyone’s skin type. ( best for Medium to darker skin tones
Rescheduling
Appointments cannot be rescheduled, so please make sure you’re booking the correct day/ and or time
Same day rescheduling = deposit Forfeited. New deposit is required to book
